1. Payment Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or other accepted methods.
  • Full or partial payment may be required depending on the booking type.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy.
  • Eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available within the allowed time frame.
  • Cancellations beyond the allowed period may incur charges.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.

 

4. Return Policy

As Unite Residences provides accommodation services, no physical goods are sold. Therefore, a return policy is not applicable. Any service-related issues should be reported to management for quick resolution.

 

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Early Bird, Last Minute, Promotional, and Package bookings are non-refundable.
  • These bookings cannot be modified or canceled.

 

6. Modification Policy

  • Booking changes are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.
