2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy.
- Eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available within the allowed time frame.
- Cancellations beyond the allowed period may incur charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.
4. Return Policy
As Unite Residences provides accommodation services, no physical goods are sold. Therefore, a return policy is not applicable. Any service-related issues should be reported to management for quick resolution.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Early Bird, Last Minute, Promotional, and Package bookings are non-refundable.
- These bookings cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Modification Policy
- Booking changes are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
